Kat Stork Blaher is an advocate for all things rural. She is particularly committed to place-based community development ns brings 25+ years of direct nonprofit, public sector and small business to her work. She is the principal partner in Shore Strategies LLC and provides a variety of services for organizations.
Kat lives outside of Greensboro with her husband and their dogs. She is blessed to be mother and stepmother to four young adults who make her proud everyday. In addition to her passion for creating thriving communities she enjoys the outdoors, camping, gardening, knitting, reading, and music. She is a Baltimore Orioles fan and loves nothing more than a baseball game on a summer evening.
