At 4:45pm there will be a release of balloons to remember those who are battling and who have lost their battles with cancer.\n\n\n\nThe Caroline County Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at 5pm.  Vendors representing the Health Department.\, Caroline County YMCA\, Caroline County Emergency Responders\, and others will be there to provide cancer screenings\, dental screenings and health care information.\n\n\n\nThere will be refreshments and prize drawings.
