Director of First-Year Experience
The goal of this position is to promote student academic success, increase retention and provide services to empower student development for first-time freshmen. The First Year Experience (FYE) director designs and implements activities and programs designed to promote the academic success and retention of first-year students as well as support activities and programs designed to improve first-year persistence.
