Meet & Greet with Debbie Bowden, Economic Development Director

You're invited to meet Debbie Bowden, Director for Economic Development for Caroline County.  

Guests will enjoy a hot buffet while Debbie leads a discussion on what economic development means to you, the Caroline County business community. 

Prior to taking on the leadership role for business and workforce development, Debbie represented the Maryland Department of Commerce in the Mid-Shore region. Her time with Commerce was the culmination of 12 years of State service. Debbie joined the public sector after 20 years of owning and operating small businesses.

A Delmarva native, Debbie currently resides with her family in Barclay. She is a staunch advocate for the Eastern Shore, and strives to do her part for prosperity and economic viability for the place she calls home.
