Director of Clinical Services - Hospice

he Director of Clinical Services provides leadership in the coordination and implementation of clinical services of the hospice and palliative programs. Is responsible for the development, direction, and administration of clinical staff. Works in collaboration with Compass Regional Hospice’s (Compass) medical director to evaluate, develop, implement, and direct all aspects of the clinical care model. Reports to: The CEO. In the absence of the CEO, the Director of Clinical Services reports to the Chairperson
