Tred Avon Players Announces Cast of Ravenscroft
OXFORD, Md. – September 2, 2026 – Tred Avon Players (TAP) is thrilled to announce the cast of
Ravenscroft, a gripping mystery by playwright Don Nigro, directed by Rob Sanchez. The production
runs October 22 through November 1 at the Oxford Community Center, 200 Oxford Rd, Oxford, Md.
Set on a snowy winter night in 1905, Ravenscroft unfolds inside an isolated English country manor
where nothing—and no one—is quite what it seems. When Inspector Ruffing arrives to investigate a
suspicious death, he encounters a house full of secrets, shifting stories and characters with plenty to
hide. As the investigation unfolds, the line between truth and deception becomes increasingly difficult
to discern.
The talented cast includes new and returning TAP actors:

“Ravenscroft is a wonderful challenge for both the actors and the production team,” said director Rob
Sanchez. “It’s a classic mystery with unexpected twists, intriguing characters and a darkly atmospheric
setting. The audience will have plenty of opportunities to question what they think they know.”
Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $25
for adults and $15 for students. Volunteers see the show for free.
